Stan Higgins

A former president and fellow of the Zimbabwe Institute of Public Relations (ZIPR),
Stan has more than 30 years experience in strategic communication and media relations. He was born and educated in Bulawayo, Zimbabwe, trained in journalism and worked as a journalist and editor for Zimbabwe Newspapers for five years before moving into the field of public relations. He is also a broadcaster and a writer with various columns in daily and Sunday newspapers. He lectures in public relations management, advertising and marketing, as well as in the area of personal imaging, and print journalism, and holds a Diploma in Public Relations Management from the Communications, Advertising and Marketing Foundation of the UK.
